1. **Warranty Coverage**: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for the name necklace. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to water exposure.

2. **Warranty Period**: The warranty is valid upto 3 months from the date of purchase. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

3. **Exclusions**:

    - **Water Damage**: The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from exposure to water. This includes, but is not limited to, the pendant and chain.

    - **Accidental Damage**: Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence is not covered.

    - **Unauthorized Repairs**: Any attempt to repair the necklace by a third party will void the warranty.

4. **Warranty Claim Process**:

    - **Proof of Purchase**: To make a claim, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    - **Inspection**: The item must be sent to our service center for inspection. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item for inspection.

5. **Warranty Cost**: For approved warranty claims, the customer will be charged 25% of the product's original purchase price. This fee covers the cost of repair or replacement and return shipping.

6. **Claim Approval**: The decision to repair or replace the item is at the sole discretion of our service team. We reserve the right to deny a claim if the damage is deemed outside the warranty coverage.

7. **Replacement Policy**: If a replacement is necessary and the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model of equal value.
